Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Products must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items such as lingerie, intimate products, or opened packages.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer support team at service@passion-play.shop or via our contact page to initiate a return.
  2. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
  3. Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
  4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping fees.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimate or sexual wellness items
  • Lingerie or swimwear
  • Gift cards
